Our mission is to provide the highest quality natural, organic and healthy foods and specialty products to our customers and our local community, through our restaurant, market, and gourmet deli. We work hard to seek out and support small local farmers and suppliers with an emphasis on sustainable and organic practices where possible. We hope you will support us in this effort.
We are starting to manage and operate three small farms and gardens to provide seasonal, organic and specialty fruits, vegetables and herbs. These include:
Oak Haven Herb Garden in Monrovia, growing our fresh basil, rosemary, mint and other herbs for our café and market. Resident farmers Salvitore and Mike Bruno.
Cloverleaf Orchard and Vegetable Garden Four acres in Monrovia growing organic fruit trees and vegetables, fed by non-chlorinated, chemical free, San Gabriel Mountain natural spring water. Resident farmers Grace and Jilian McCloskey
DeHaven Creek Organic Farm. Twenty acres in Mendocino County with a vegetable greenhouse, organic orchard with plums, apples, pears, and cherries, and expansion plans to provide sustainable, organic, hormone free chicken, eggs, and goat meat. Resident farmer Matthew Bruno.
